Other types of fish are available upon request.<\/p>\n<p>We produce at least two batches in a week corresponding with the arrival of air flown salmon from Norway. Thus, an order can be fulfilled within a day or two with the latest batch. Your customers will always be served with freshly smoked salmon instead of thawed out packs that may been processed months ago.<\/p>\n<p>Custom smoking service is available.
