Smokehouse logo_smallWe are an artisan smoke-house principally engaged in producing traditional smoked fish for distribution to cafes and restaurants. Our main product is smoked Norwegian salmon, produced from sashimi-grade fish. Other types of fish are available upon request.

We produce at least two batches in a week corresponding with the arrival of air flown salmon from Norway. Thus, an order can be fulfilled within a day or two with the latest batch. Your customers will always be served with freshly smoked salmon instead of thawed out packs that may been processed months ago.
